About
Guruvayur Sree Krishna Temple, often called Bhuloka Vaikunta (the holy abode of Vishnu on Earth), is among the most revered Krishna shrines in India. The presiding deity, Guruvayurappan, is a four-armed form of Mahavishnu holding the conch, discus, mace and lotus. Devotees from across the world offer Udayasthamana Pooja, Thulabharam and Palpayasam here.
